10 things we learned in NORWAY (KK/LL)

 :

1. There is a homeless World Cup of Football (Soccer). We got to see the final games and beginning of medal ceremony.

2. Many Norwegian hotels have amazing breakfast buffets including lots of kinds of fish

3. Norwegian salmon is better in Norway

4. Different Scandinavian countries, including  Iceland, have their own unique krona. (These krona are difficult to distinguish when mixed together!)

5. The 26 Schengen countries don't stamp your passport except for the first country you enter. #darnit #wewantstamps

6. Heated floors are a good thing in hotels here.

7. You don't have to technically be a "youth" to stay in a "youth" hostel or sleep in a bunk bed. 

8. The Norwegians like their naked sculptures. #vigelandpark

9. Really ugly troll figurines (and other things with trolls on them) seem to be hot ticket collectibles here.  

10. The fjords were created by glacial runoff.
